In this world of fake news, I am now even more drawn to real stories.. I always end up taking on documentary assignments and unscripted projects. Examining the human condition amazes and frustrates me at the same time. Whether droids take over the world or not, a good story is still a currency that will always be relevant to humans.

I like telling stories with honesty. It doesn’t matter if it’s a story for a film, a 15 second ad or a music video; if any of it is worth sharing then I will share it to you in the most truthful way possible. We are mostly drawn to stories because it makes us feel something, and that’s what I aim to do in most of my work. If any of my stories remind you that you are alive, then that’s when I feel most accomplished.

I live for those stories that make you lean in and suddenly hit you right in the feels. I'm all about crafting narratives that are not just fun but also moves you. When it comes to visuals, my goal is to freeze moments of emotion that words can't quite pin down. I love having a collaborative atmosphere both on and off set, and bring that fun energy to making cool shit with you.

I am dedicated to telling stories about women and the LGBTQ+ community. My background as a feature filmmaker has taught me how to bring out the beauty and the tenderness in the everyday; balancing authenticity with a visual style that speaks to the now, my work aims to rewrite beauty standards that goes beyond societal norms.

Stories help me make sense of the world. Watching and reading stories from other people help me understand, however briefly, the crazy world we live in. In my work I try to match that crazy with some crazy of my own. I have an easier time processing real, honest and grounded stories if I wrap them up in the fantastical. Is this a story? Am I...real?
